Mercy Keepers Inc. is located at 2021 9th Avenue South in Saint Petersburg, Florida. We are a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization providing food and clothing to the needy in the Saint Peterburg, Florida area.
Focus:
Our focus since 2002 has been providing support to primarily Mid-town, but also other Pinellas county residents. The Food Bank serves low-income individuals that may be affected by a variety of factors including low wages, job loss, injuries, illness, age, domestic violence, or divorce every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Mission:
Our mission is to provide some relief to members of the community who are less fortunate and are living at or below the Federal Poverty Level. As the “mercy” definition states, we are here to offer kindness and help to people who are in difficult economic situations. Our hope is to help change the economic plight of people from being negative statistics to becoming positive citizens in the community.
Purpose:
The purpose of Mercy Keepers, Inc. is to support and promote the welfare of the people of Pinellas County communities (Midtown primarily) by providing food pantry services, clothing, affordable housing, and senior living accommodations.
More Information:
Mercy Keepers Food Pantry currently provides service to approximately 500 households per month.
Mercy Keepers Food Pantry is funded 100% by In-Kind Donations.
Our food items are supplied by Hope Villages of America and St. Petersburg Free Clinic. The pantry is staffed by a group of faithful volunteers who diligently pickup, bag and distribute the items twice weekly by way of walk-up or drive-thru services.
